Shipments normally leave the Syncronorm Headquarter in Germany within 2 working days. We are shipping worldwide via FedEx or UPS. Your shipment can be tracked by using the FedEx or UPS tracking code, unique to each order. Your order will be insured, depending on the purchased items. Shipping costs include packaging costs as well as postage. Unfortunately, we cannot merge two different purchases after your confirmation and shipping costs will be calculated for each order individually. Your shipment will be sent on your own risk, but we are very cautious to carefully pack your shipment and handle it with care. Our shipping boxes are sturdy, and your order will be protected thorough.
